What happens in your 60 minutes
Step 1: Clean, clear skin to start
Lie back while your therapist cleanses and gently scrubs your skin. Warm steam softens it, then a T-zone extraction clears your pores.
Step 2: 40 minutes on the machine
This is where the layers come in. You'll feel a gentle warmth, and a little numbness, as your therapist works through:
- Opening your lymphatic drainage points
- Boosting circulation from your neck up to your forehead
- Deeper warmth to encourage collagen and elastin
- Ear acupressure
- Drainage massage, including your neck, to help reduce puffiness
- Refining pores, and contracting facial muscle for firmer contours
